As you think, you vibrate. And it is your vibrational offering that equals your point of attraction. So what you are thinking and what is coming back to you is always a vibrational match.
Today, if you find yourself downhearted or distressed, raise your vibration by raising your thoughts. Consciously raising the level of your thoughts is as important as changing a thought about drinking. The minute you feel yourself having a negative thought of any kind, including those of guilt, apprehension, worry, shame, know that these thoughts are never of God. Immediately change your focus to something dear to you, something you want to accomplish in the future. Spend time imagining the person you are becoming. See yourself as happy, healthy, in tune with your spirit, enjoying life in abundance. Know that this is the real you.
Keep this vision close to your heart and refuse to give in self-pity or anger. These emotions serve only to bring you closer to the life you are leaving behind. Remember, where you turn your focus is where you are heading. Look for beauty everywhere — enjoy the outdoors, exercise, treat yourself well. Indulge in self-love. Today, when you catch yourself thinking thoughts that are unworthy of you, change your focus and thereby, change your direction. Make the choice to see what is bright and beautiful, and love will find its way back to you.
